With over 20 years of experience performing, choreographing, teaching, producing, and directing concerts in New York City and California, I build kinetic, theatrical worlds for dancers, actors, and interdisciplinary performers.
My work moves between concert dance, theatre, and heightened musical staging — always rooted in physical clarity, rhythmic shifts, and embodied presence.
TEACHING
I teach contemporary dance technique, improvisation, composition, and concert direction at the university level, in addition to adult professional classes and workshops for dancers, actors, and non-dancers.
Rooted in weight, momentum, partnering, and dynamic contrast, my pedagogy develops performers who are grounded, expressive, and kinetically responsive.
CHOREOGRAPHY
I create contemporary, theatrical, site-specific, and durational performance in collaboration with multidisciplinary artists.
My work — described as unruly, ferocious, playful, and deeply charismatic — builds textured kinetic worlds shaped by weight, rhythm, and dynamic contrast.
I construct bold stage images that are physically grounded and theatrically alive.
THEATRE & HEIGHTENED WORK
While rooted in contemporary dance, my practice translates powerfully to theatrical and musical staging.
